Meet the Sheridan's Team...
Owners Lee Barczak and Jane Schilz are proud to present their team of dedicated, friendly and talented professionals.
Chef Jason A. Jones offers unique yet familiar culinary creations to make your dining experience at Sheridan's delicious and memorable. Chef Jones comes to us after completing his education through MATC's Culinary Apprentice 3-year Program and trained under the award winning Chef Sanford D'Amato for six years at Sanford and Coquette Cafe restaurants. Other restaurants include Sticks & Stones, Bartollota Restaurant and Lee John's Catering. We are delighted to have him with us to further develop and expand his culinary talents. Chef Jones is inspired by European, middle Eastern, Asian, Indian and Latin flavors and cooking styles. He will keep you coming back for his fresh and flavorful dishes.
Nothing completes a delicious meal like the perfect dessert. Annie Wegner LeFort is our Pastry Chef, she will be your sweet tooth's new best friend with her wonderful desserts, cakes, cookies and pastries! She has worked at the Barclay Cafe, Sanford and is a contributing freelance writer for the Outpost Exchange. Annie is also actively involved in the Community Supported Agriculture Program and Slow Food WISE.
