To request or inquire about a reservation, please fill out the online Reservation Request Form and click the "Submit" button.  We will contact you as soon as possible. 

Note:  This form is simply a request for a reservation and does not secure your stay with us.

If you'd like to make a secure reservation, please print and fill out our Reservation Form and fax it to us at 414.747.9815.  Depending on availability, this will secure your reservation and you will receive confirmation upon receipt.
